Performance Coaching

Develop Leadership Presence

Performance Coaching addresses “Executive Presence” in the room, whether that be in one on on conversations, team meetings, or high stakes presentation scenarios. This work is about how you show up in embodied presence.

We work in three modalities, getting your mind right, getting your body right, and learning the techniques that will allow you to show up in the room in your best self.

This coaching is helpful for both management level who have been tasked to develop “executive presence” and leadership who need to hone their skills.

Sometimes the work is merely about teaching to basic vocal and dramatic techniques. More often, however, clients come to Neora to get process around confidence issues.  

With a ground in depth and archetypal psychology, Neora's specializes in teaching a technique to identify and subdue what she calls the “Saboteur.”

Well known to the creative journey but vertiably un-named in organizational life, recognizing the imposter syndrome and the inner critic as the saboteur  releases our energy. Content Development Coaching is for professionals or creatives who need help in communication planning, structuring, and developing a specific project.  This offering helps clients who have a complicated story to tell and need professional help. We work both strategy and structure.

From an All Staff, to a recommendation, to that memoir or screenplay you’ve always wanted to bring into the world, Neora will help you to see the vison of your project, name the structure of the work,  and provide you with a developmental pathway to bring the work into form.

How we work together: Work depends upon the scope of the project. We’ll begin with an  introductory session to name the scope, scale, ambition, and challenges. For presentation design, this may be all that is required. For more complicated projects from communication planning to creative work, we’ll customize a learning journey to get you from a seed idea out to a fully fleshed road map.

Quick Journeys: Identify the scope, scale, ambition, and challenges of your project. This is the appropriate choice if you are having trouble cracking the structure or storytelling for a presentation or have a targeted question for a creative project.
